Excited...Finally after a couple of years I have finished acquiring new 07MSPs for my old 1272Q projector for replacement. Today I tried to replace the blue tube and ran into a stuck yoke on the neck. Fearing breakage I looked to this forum for expert feedback on what to do. I have loosened all clamps on the neck itself and still cannot release the yoke.

Thanks for any help.

Les

You might need to get something to gently prize the plastic tangs on the end of the connector where it meets the tape....and gently twist backwards and forwards. Alternatively run the machine for a while to heat the tape.

Yep, just needed to massage it a little and it came loose. Thanks for the insight.
