Forget Sweden, Finland cops are fitted with wireless access to government computers. Your ticket is based on how much you make and it's processed right on scene. Is that fair or what? Jury's out on that one. what's the fine for unemployed - nothing? I wouldn't want to be Kimi Räikkönen.

That spray seems suspect to me. How can they make a spray-on substance directional in a specified direction? The plate that covers the license plate seems like it might work.
