Ok Ron ran me through a lot of things and that including all the advice from all you guys meant I got the pj to work almost perfectly again.

The power conditioner seems to have messed up all the settings of the PJ, thats what caused the distorted rectangles and the lack of light output on the blue, all the settings had been reset to extreme values. This has affected every channel, I reset everything and the tubes outputted as normal. I then cleaned up the anodes to the splitter and also cleaned the inside of the splitter. The pj basically operated ok for the last two months, the convergence never stabilized fully though, usually the blue used to be rock solid on the green as soon as the pj was put on there was never a need to converge the blue, the red never fully stabalized though, this problem is now far worse even though the hum and other issues are now gone!! There was also a large snapping/banging noise which came from the pj but it seemed ok and I thought it was a arc, however it really is not ok now.

I am thinking of getting a new splitter, cpu battery and anode leads to try to fix the pj, the convergence is unstable with the htpc inputted and with internal patterns. The Htpc and the rgbhv lead seemed to be ok as the Barco is totally stable with the source inputted.

The image is also unstable even with convergence of.

Is there anything else that I should think of getting at the same time to ensure success, thanks guys.
