I've got two customers that are interested in me coming to Alberta sometime soon? I'm trying to cover my expenses, and with the price of gas, I need about 400 Albertans to chip a bit in.. Mr. Green

(No, not really, but the more the merrier).

Post here please, this could be a reality in August sometime..

depending on how spread out the customers are you may want to consider flying out of Abbotsford Via westjet- they have some good prices to Calgary and Edmonton.( ex: Aug 15-17 return, 148$)I try to avoid the #1 during the tourist season as the only time they do road work in the rockies is in the summer, throw in a bunch of overloaded RVs and road ragers.....

I would agree with Jask.If your clients are close to each other you should fly out.
You should be able to rent a car pretty cheap, especially mid week.
Unless you are planning on bringing a van and a bunch of equipment out with you that people out here have ordered.

In that case why not do a quick pass by Anchorage . If it's not to far out of the way that is . BTW I am from North Carolina , but I can get away with calling all of you southerners .

Uh, CURT.... OOOOH PICK ME! PICK MEEEEEeeeEEEEeee!

I just saw this post. Sorry, but I've been buying a place (in a different city), renovating, selling a place, moving, renovating the new place...

I PM'd Curt my potential interest before the long weekend and never heard back. I thought the big AB road trip was bust. Having just completed my move from Edmonton to Calgary a few weeks ago with a much better space for a CRT, I am almost ready to go. Just gotta make this institutional green go away. Can't sleep, green will eat me... <shudder> You know, think how old people would try to do sage green with a hint-o-minty green, then suddenly they need to be instituionalized and the place is up for sale kinda nastiness. Painting must come first.

If you didn't get my PM Curt, PLEASE!!! let me know... I'll re-send... it was too long to re-post here.

On the plus side I did get a lot of my reno's done and the CRT purchase discussions are open. If it's still a go, then "I GATZ TA KNOW!" My hope of CRT happiness is on the line!

I think you need a 'real' vacation. That should get you right about into Ontario. You can visit Kal and Barry on your way to my house , and even stop by to see all the whining Torontonians. Seriously. No I mean seriously.
