Just finished watching the DVD and I must say it was worth every penny. Thank you Graham and Matthew. I know my very rudimentary skill set has just increased and I think I am much more well prepared to start my new set up tasks tomorrow when I get home.....Oh yeah, I randomly pressed pause to eat dinner and got this screen shot...sorry Graham I could NOT resist

I posted off a heap of disks last week. BTW you payment was received. I ran out of disk earlier this month and had to order some more. They only arrived a few days ago so more will be going soon.

There is something very wrong recently with my Email. It seems many Emails are going missing.

I reply within 12 hours to all mail I receive. I can assure you.

I have despatched all outstanding DVD's over the last 3 weeks. If your one hasnt arrived it cant be too far away.

As these are sent regular post there is no tracking ability.

IF you havent got the disk in another 7 days I will despatch another for you. I fear the Christmas mail service is quite long.

I am waiting for 3 Amazon deliveries that are now over 2 weeks late. I can only put it down to Christmas mail delay's.

Just a quick note to let you all know I am up to date with disk deliveries.

I have sent them out in a few waves over the last 3 weeks. They should be arriving over the next week or so.

When Graham sent my DVD, the postmarks indicated it took quite a while for it to reach me - so its not Graham being slack, the postal service here in Australia gets really taxed around Christmas - I've had items I sent out late November arriving at clients in the last few days. The only way to avoid that is to pay the extra and get an expidited type of post

The last of this batch where sent just after christmas. I cant remember when yours was but it was probably in the last lot.

They have just started arriving in the US this week. I would expect yours to be there in the next few days.

In the installation manual of 9500LC, it suggests to do flapping when doing the optical adjustment, i.e. in the first few steps. Is it good to do flapping when setting optically?
