Can the barco 909 rgbhv input board be swapped out when ceiling mounted? I guess the side panels need to be removed before access?

Of course you can swap the RGB input board while ceiling-mounted, just the same way like when floor-mounted (well, not really, you'll need a ladder). No need to remove the side panels at all.
