Hello Guys,
It's a long time that i worked on an PG 9 Maschine. My friend, for whome i installed the PG maschine a few years ago had some problems with his unit.
For me it looks like a "digital" or "sync" Problem. What do you think?

NEC plain PGs at these days all suffer from capacitor leaking, that can cause all kind of problems you can imagine. All capacitors needs to be replaced. period.
As for this problem it is most likely caused by the POINT board, pull it out to see if it gets better.

I am sitting with a lot of boards on my knees. I think this will be a lot of work.
Do you know if the powersupply has "better" caps (other producer like in Marquees?)

The power supply was made by Rubycon, who supplied the most of the capacitors to the NEC anyway, so unfortunately no, the power supply isn't better either.
