Something else. I see they have vdc lug tubes. Is it correct that vdc stopped making them in 2010? I have a lug tube from 2011 that is made by Japanese Mikado Seisakusho. The same supplier had panasonic for the 2010 tubes. So it seems panasonic stopped in 2010? Is Mikado the last still active anyone knows?

There are P19LCP and P19LUG tubes. The last ones are often called lug tubes. They have an extra grid and can be sharper with the right projector. Barco takes these to the edge.

I am wondering if they will be available in the near future. You might buy this marquee to get the lugs.

Does anyone know exactly how Barco uses the extra grid to get improved sharpness? This could be something that could be adapted for Marquee usage (that is, using that extra grid) but it may require adding a dedicated power supply for the job.
