Already started resoldering them:) the caps i have on them is 47uf and 160v. Are these not already replaced? Or ar they the source of the problem?

Or ar they the source of the problem? | yeah those are already replaced. It's assumed that those caps are the cause, factory ones are only 100 V rated on an 85V rail.
However, replacing them doesn't always make the resistor run cool. There's some speculation on why this is but no definitive testing.
