Think I will simple use c-element and o-ring from an old logo burn LUG and put it on this one. I have 4 2008 blue tubes close to zero wear. The 4 red tubes have zero wear. Than I have 2 2004 blue and red with old glycol and I could not detect any wear on these either.

Seems the C-element and the ring had dirt on it and there was definitely a leak. I replaced with c-element, ring and o-ring from another tube. Now see if it is ok again.

Yes it has jazz,3d,bass and more buttons they all do something Very Happy Survived 65 years of innovation. When all sh*t falls down and all transistors are nuked this one will still be playing Wink

Nice! Glad I am not the only one with an old radio. It is a Loewe opta but was repaired by a friend of mine. I heard it was the radio of the very "deftige" people in its time.
