OK I added the Cap to slow down the HV shutdown that Scott told me about. and have added some extra cooling to see if I can Make a Spellman Last.

Removing the screens and all other obstructions from the fans plus my mods to the HVPS seem to be working. After 2 hrs of use both the internal temp and power temps are at 37 C
Not bad at all. At these temps it should run forever.

I removed The screens and all the plastic swirl guards as well so the fans are running completely clean. And with the heat sink along the outside of the HVPS it should help drastically.
But have you cut out the fan holes and increased the size of the main fans on your 4000 AnologRocks?

I did have to cut a hole out of the cover for the heatsink on the HVPS.. But I think it will make a huge difference. Them 3 chips are what Gets the hottest in there and melt their own solder joints. The heat sink with fan mounted directly at were they are connected should help keep them cool.

Nope, just ran with the covers off and 2 extra 4 inch fans pointed at it.
