Yo. Peeps. The house is on the market. I'm out of here.

Should we have one last hurrah? No more theaters for me.

Everyone slow down!!!!! Mr. Green

Ok, before I go on a CRT meet road trip I need to get things lined up. Dr. Dog has been talking about a meet. Curt has been talking about something in the fall. I think Rocco is in there somewhere along with CIR. Of course, CIR and Big Dog can be done at the same time. Razz

I am sure everyone knows that I will kick and scream about the time and place, but then show up. Laughing The only times that I am out are the first two weeks of June including Memorial day and Cedia in Oct.

There is a chance that the Euro recovers until then so I might be able to make it. Ehh, if not...if ..., would a digital viewer be welcome as well? Embarassed

So what, the 10PG is still going strong! Mr. Green

Not the end but I'm leaving it here with the house. Not taking it with me. Going 100% Digital.

I think of Cliffy and his BenQ W-whatever every single time I see a BenQ now. Wink

Speaking of Cliffy and his BenQ, I was thinking of getting a cheapie projector for the living room... Just something to pull out on the occasional Friday or Saturday night with a portable screen until I have a theater again... So, I was looking at some entry-level BenQ (again, because I keep thinking about Cliffy is such a BenQ fan Wink), and found out the Optoma HD20 was supposedly a tad better than the equivalent entry-level BenQ. Looks like they go around $300-350 used. Seems like a good little cheapie machine that I can use for the summer, then redeploy to Halloween window, back yard, and garage drive-in duty once the theater is built.

Anybody seen an HD20? Tolerable?

SC

If you like blacks you will not like it as it is light gray at best. Wink
