hello i got a Panasonic tx-28lk1f crt i need to repair the scart socket

i get noise in sound and no noise when 1 speaker i get black white color if i dont touch it With finger.i get color even if pal when i twist it or ntsc
i need both ends to use extra bass terble function i have 350 watt speakers. i use reciever 100 watt eltax avr 800 cant do the job i got kave xtd 5.1 sorround soundcard.
i also have guns only Works on crt and it be Nice to use one end for consoles and other end for vga adapter for multiple Arcade machine
this tv very imressive i get dual stereo same av channel back and front
mayby when i stopplaying i want it to start With no tube inside
i get 1speaker working in scart and lack and white when2 speaker working Connector are not working 2 speakers anymore
this tv beats eltax sound system in bass 20 times. i also think it be cheaper to buy a Connector that fits the computer in mic but when i use Television i get dual in sound. heaphones out..
it never takes Space when screen is dead i want to use it With no screen for sound sake. that will be NeXT Project. if anyone have does this let me know. i read that any projector tv can be tricked to start With no lamp. anyway to deny to shutdown i remember when old jvc burned out it was green screen and it turned off after 10 Seconds. i dont want to se split cable degrade sound quality
