Yes I know the room is full and I do not really want to let one go Very Happy

Great to see how these chassis are made with all screws complete.

On the other hand i just figured out why my other chasis was so sensitive to temperature. From the two flapping screws of green only one was tightened as I fastened that one to get it sharp I did not bother about the other. Now last time after lens removal I redid flapping and fastened both screws as they should and drifting seems gone. It makes sense that the glycol heats and that it pushes the flapping houding when one screw is not tightened. Again something learned.

My blue and red always drift and I lost the wrench that you need to tighten one of screws on them. I'm glad I'm also getting one of those bad boys. But it will be a while.. march probably. It's twice as long to you as to me, so that tesla I want to sit in and have ride before he leaves might not happen. No, I have to see it go for a ride with him in silence.

I bet he drives just for fun and tells his wife it is business. With a car like that I would want to tour through
Europe Very Happy

The power stations must be frequent to able to reach you in a timely fashion. I wonder how long one gets on a full tank of power on a Tesla.. Did you get a ride then?

Naah I understood he had to go back as soon as possible. It will be very late before koldby is home again. But since he is an electrical engineer we shared some valuable knowledge Wink

Lug tubes are toast but I can use the glycol and the bellows and the housings. Takes some cutting.

So what are your thought initially about the sharpness of LUGs? And do you feel that they are dim? If it is dim, what happens if you simply then ramp up contrast, does the good sharpness go away?

And also, they look clean and new! Smile

If you look at the blue left you see a huge pentagram as if they where used by the devil before Very Happy But that pentagram is burned in. I can still use them for experiments and if lugs work ok I can replace with other lugs Smile

But I would use the Frankenyokes the Mike Parker boards with the old style neckboard to see how they perform. The new style neckboards are blooming at contrast 50 they say.

Cool, and good thing I have Frankenyokes so I really can put them to the test, if they really bloom at 50. Very Happy

THAT little experiment will most definitely end up in the Frank Enyokes thread. I can already hear the patientens needing my help and as I rush towards the ER.

- Paging, Dr. Enyokes.

- Paging, Dr. Fraaank Enyokes. We have dead LUG in the ER!!

If you have an image now with your Marquee I would leave the patient to rest and wait for the new test chasis to perform these experiments little Eichmann! Very Happy
