Just received my EXT-FULLHD v3 and I can't get it to display video. To a Marquee 8500LC
I've tried the dip switch settings and both HDMI ports and it's a no go. I have both the HDFury 2 & 3 and they work fine with the same cables. When the Moome is connected to the HDMI out of my reciever the reciever starts to cycle the HDMI output off and on, and it happens on both HDMI inputs on the Moome.

Any thoughts or suggestion s? Sad

Same result, I hooked it up to my Directv and blue-ray no go.

I hooked it up to a laptop with HDMI and set the laptop to all the resolutions and refresh rates listed in the pdf for the v3 and it does the same thing.

Are you sure you have the H and V cables correct?

Aslo what are you outputting to it? It must be higher than 24hz refresh rate. so try at least a 60hz refresh rate.

I believe the sync is correct as both the HDFury 2 & 3 both work fine. I did try to change the split shun jumpers to negative sync just to try it and it still does the same thing. Yes I just swapped H & V no change.

This one is brand new ordered from Moome a month ago and has never worked.

It did work until the fire/flood. Laughing
I got this one used, it needs an overhaul.

Yours sounds like its just a bad unit out of the box.

I figured with the low production the quality control would be there and I was overlooking something.
