Projector is displaying blue screen with horizontal lines. Already swapped convergence board, power supplies, rgb cards, as well as deflection cards. Any ideas?

Well no offense, but your description is REALLY vague. But I'll try to assist.... does the internal test pattern come up normally? What input are you using? What signal is fed from what source, through what equipment, and into what input on the projector?
Are the horizontal lines straight across the screen or are they somewhat diagonal?

Sounds like your blue CRT socket may be bad. If you pull it off the blue tube, do the red and green tubes work normally?
