Hi everybody,

I just opened my HVPS in order to do the resistance mods and I found some white stuff in there.

What could that be?

It is harmless, some rubber from bricking in the front of the device

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the quick aswer. I checked and it was some white powder (like plaster dust)

Now that I'm here. I'm looking for an alternative for the ohmite 2W ceramic resistors to replace the 6 560k carbon resistors but they are not available in stock in europe. From mouser they ask me more than 20 euros shipping for thes 6 resistors Sad

Farnell doesn't have them eighter in euro stock eighter.

Any alternatives are welcome.
