I am trying to help someone regain serial control after he did a factory reset. My instructions I gave him to configure one of his com ports for control dosen't match the setup menu that he's seeing. I guess the Convergence is a older model. I can't seem to fine that manual anywhere. Anyone here have it?

Are you sure have the actual model right, Chip? I think "Convergence" is the name of the company, ala "Escient Convergence". I don't remember a product called "Convergence"; they were all varying models of "Fireball" in the early days from what I recall.

Yes it is a Convergence. Pre E-40 with no ethernet port. It has a USB port that you use a Belkin USB>ethernet adapter.
Someone on another forum had it saved to his PC and emailed it to me so I'm all set. Thanks.
