well, my new (great sounding) meridian g08 has decided to randomly shut itself down. nope, you ain't gonna listen to rammstein. or more sarah maclachlan...
wife is in my ear about buying it in the first place. have a friend who had a string of unreliable meridian gear...
the shop has been good tho - sent a tech out to check it out, (450km trip) and to take it away...

I think that was the problem. The Rammstein broke it. 
Kidding… Bummer. I hate it when stuff is broken - especially nice stuff.
That's a nice piece of kit, though… What's the rest of that system like?

well, it just arrived.
don't have any more of the g-series. it was hooked up to the accuphase gear.
nicest cd player i've heard until you get to the silly money...
