I have a ISCAN PLUS V2.
Recently I hooked a barco 808s (projector) to it.
I notice that there are wavy patterns in the middle of the screen when it is in use.
However, when I bypass the box with an S-Video cable the image is perfect.
Does anyone have suggestions as to the cause and cure.
Thanks in advance.

Do I change the sync on the box, and if so, where do I find it?
Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure the old Iscans put out negative sync. Check the + 17 volt test point on the power supply in the projector:

If that's within 0.2 volts of 17 volts, then I'll bet the power supply for the DVDO has noise on it. Given the age of the V2 DVDO, I'd probably look for another doubler/scaler. A far better Lumagen can usually be had for $250.
