One car and one suv
The car is a 79 Chrysler cordoba the suv is a 03 Cadillac escalade

Have you noticed the gas prices lately?
If I ain't got nothing happening at that date I might try and make it but not sure yet
Lately I have been restoring my car and its currently out of service as the brake booster needs replacing so my time has been going to it till I get it done

Btw spanky my caddie averages 16.7 on a trip the car is no where as good(3speed with a v8)

Case, I don't know what year or model he has, but the Escalade has a 5-6L V8, over 275-325HP, weighs somewhere between 5500 and 6000 pounds, has over 10 inches of ground clearance, and the roof height is almost 6.5' (2m). You could damn near park your AMG IN some of the Escalades.

Ecrabb you forgot it also has a better ride 
But serious case a escalade is a luxury vehicle not no econo box(which I wouldn't be caught dead owning anyway)
My car is also a lot bigger then yours (its bigger then my escalade) so the fuel mileage does suffer
My escalade is a 03 standard length with the 6.0 with 325hp(500hp if it had the xl 500 package which I plan on adding) currently it can do 110mph in 3rd before the speed limiter kicks in
The gvwr is around 7500 but can tow a lot more on the hitch no sweat

I think Case was replying to comment that E's car gets less mpg than his truck. Case's Merc gets 30 and my diesel gets 40 on the highway/ 32 around town.
