I need to know which set of lens is better as I am going to be getting a set soon
I want to know which is best at corner focus as my current HD-10 plain sucks at corner focus with my screen(it looks a tad out of focus)
Ps curt if you are reading this REPLY to my emails I am going nuts here without my marquee though the downtime is giving me more time to work on my car but I really miss using my marquee

Yes I have been emailing him at the shaw account but it seems he is giving me the silent treatment
I know the lens flapping is correct but the lens still doesn't have a perfect focus at the edges
Did the electronic side already but currently my clm is at curts for repair(it went nuts)
I will check when and if I get my clm back(grr to curt)
I have read rave reviews of the Sony g90s which use the HD-10f lens but how my his the difference between the two sets as far as throw distance
Been using a digital till my marquee is back running(it sucks compared to my marquee) I haven't yet got my dwin set up yet(been busy) plus I need a few adaptors for the extron box and the cables for the rgbhv
Btw case I almost have my car done just have line up a paint shop for the teal green paint and get the seats reupholstered and I will be done(may put new seals on the engine though due to age)

Wouldn't surprise me one bit I haven't wanted to use my home theater since my marquee broke down as the picture just isn't the same with a digital machine(only plus is it uses LEDs for the light source)

I have used both lenses on my 9500,
My screen size is 98inches wide.
I found the 10F sharper, so sold the gt17's.
Cheers

I've tried both GT-17 and 10F lenses on my Marquee, and just like someone else who posted on this (screenshot test) a few years back, when compared under the right testing the GT-17's worked best on my Marquee. And I have both set available.

I guess I wi have to try both sets to see which set I like(sharper) and which works best with my screen
Any differences in throw distance between them?

Went out of town from Friday to today for some R&R... with a new girlfriend. Phone off, looked at emails but didn't answer any. Well deserved. My Facebook has a pix of me that equal a shirtless Cliff in the stupidest of poses... with Mr Bubble no less!
Definitely refreshed to attack a new week and year starting tomorrow, I'll dive into emails tonight. PMs are already answered here!
FWIW, someone once posted that there's no difference between GT17 and HD10F, but from most other posts I've read, the 10F are indeed a bit sharper and preferable to the GT17. Do check Mike's findings, I'd trust his measurements and point of view over anyone else's overall.

Nash you BASTARD! Now i know why I don't have CRT type clients on my Facebook page.
The big question is of course... WHO TOOK THE PICTURE????
Isn't the first time it ended like this when a solitary woman begged me to come over and adjust the 'flesh tones'

BTW, that chocolate wine was to die for. Yes, I have no taste in wine, and am a raging chocoholic, but if anyone likes chocolate that isn't a wine snob, I'd down an entire bottle of that stuff!!
