gotta love Sony service! their front line tech support doesn't even know what a service manual is! Evil or Very Mad

Anyway, I need a service manual for a VPL-VW85. Can anyone assist?

Sent, as in a nastygram to Sony? Smile

I did finally talk to someone that knew what a service manual was from Sony, and linked me to a site where I sent an inquiry through for a s/manual price. Got an autoreply back saying their response time for a price is 5-7 business days.

Way ta go, Sony customer support!

I didn't get anything. I've got an email attachment limit of 10 megs, is it larger than that?
