Just got a 1208 this weekend from a high end house in san antonio. Owner claims to have bought it from a guy in Australia. It is in extremely good condition with new tubes. Owner says it has been modded and has NEW tubes. No hdmi or dvi. I get it home and fire it up and all seems well with R,G but no blue. I am a total barco newbie. How do I register signals and try to get something from my blue.

Without an input signal, all you'll get is red and green on the BArco startup screen. That's normal. Download the 1208 manual from the main site, it's really well written.
