Yeah its on all 3 tubes.

The numbers on the crt's are.
Red: 1168698 >> and on another label on that magnet it reads "KF3205 KSL21"
Green: 1168698 >> and on another label on that magnet it reads "KF3205G KSK16"
Blue: 1166113 >> and on another label on that magnet it reads "KF3205 KQK13"

I don't know if these numbers are actual Barco partn numbers, but its all i can find on them.

Well I'm quite lost on the whole subject. Could it be that its not an issue at all and that i am just to demanding?

I have had this experience and it's a focus coil position issue. Move the coil and the focus and intensity of the horizontal and vertical lines change much as Curt has described but you're saying this doesn't work for you so it's a board or part issue.

I haven't added any more to this thread as I really cant' contribute more. The (lack of) edge defocusing indicates to me that it's not the focus board, and short of that, I've never had an edge focusing issue that couldn't be corrected with a good setup.

the error you have is the same one I have on my 1209S, I got it when I switched to LUG tubes and i have not managed to solve it
I have swapped all modules except focusyoke and splitter without results

I suspect the fault lies in the tube as I had no issue before
