it was built in december of 78 in canada(its still got the canada auto workers sticker in the drivers door jamb)

i am putting a lot of work into it which will be worth it

i just wish i could have got to work on it this past summer as it rained most of the summer(real bummer)

don't let its look fool you it can move and plant you in the seat for sure(though i hate the lean burn crap chrysler put on it thanks to the epa)

i would get some of the craziest looks when i told people i got 30mpg in that boat of a car

but despite its looks it is a blast to drive for it being a personal luxury car

i had some one who kept nagging me one day as he had got a 80's mustang(it had a 4 banger)to see what it could do

he kept on one day till i caved and said sure why not

the result was (after me giving him a head start) me blowing his doors off i wish i had got a picture of his face that day it stopped his bragging about his car at least and it made a few other people happy besides me

fyi i gave him a rolling start yet still beat him

i was in college at the time and was 16-17 when i did this(so glad there wasn't any cops around at that time Wink )

Crabb, as you see here:

That will be close enough to the performance of a C5 and half the price.

This one here:

Is still cheaper than a C5 and easily up there...

And the name sounds meaner Laughing

I love those 1960's Pontiac tail lights they have on that first link:

Thats not really a terrible looking rig either E, i really think that deserves a proper job though, not a GM transplant!! You want it to look somewhat original i reckon.

My "rig" is a 91 toyota Cressida ..... With a 2jzgte 3L twin turbo supra motor in it... Best thing is that it's quieter than a Camry and looks totally stock from outside but belts out about 400hp ATM and soon to be 500-550hp Smile it's a lot of fun having a undercover 12 second car Smile ohh and normal cruising gays about 10-11 L per 100 km pretty economical for the power it's got ...

Hmmm, with 528 horsies i was getting about 8L/100klms out of the 94 Corvette on the highway. My mum's Merc gets about 7ltr/100klm with its supercharged 280 horse engine.

You will have to post pics up here Peter, we need to see this water bed of yours Wink Laughing

Wow my cruiser gets 10l/100km highway or for the real measure 23MPG, only 250HP/300TQ. Heavy car though. 4475lbs with 1/2 tank of gas.

Love to put a 2JZ in there Very Happy

Don't buy that car, it's defective. They put the steering wheel and key on the wrong side. Wink

Big E, you need to get that MOPAR engine rebuilt I think, I don't reckon you should desecrate that car with a GM crate engine...

Then get a sticker across the rear windscreen saying "Massively Over Powered And Respected" Laughing
