THE CRT SECTION IS MISSING WHAT IS GOING ON???

Been doing any work on the servers kal?
I know when stuff disappears on certain site that the server has been worked on(I am in it repair)

Not that I know of. The servers are "managed" meaning that the core OS, patches, php, mysql and so forth are managed by the hosting team. I look after the content and higher level applications (like the forum software, drupal, etc.). I haven't made any forum changes in a long time.
