which of the hdmi transcoders does proper gamma boost?

That is to say, they don't raise the high end as well as goosing the low end?

I know the cresendo one did just that...i'm wondering if the moome external or gammax are better in this regard?

I use the Gamma X and it works just fine. Not sure about the moome unit...
