You are missing all three tube neck boards. The ones from a 3600 do work. Remotes are the same also. You need the factory remote to diagnose if it does not power up. Not sure if Curt still has parts for these.

If you plan on resurecting the beastie you should test the battery on the CPU board. There are instructions somewhere here on how to replace the battery without the board losing it's mind. Basically hot wiring another battery to the board while you swap it out.

I can see from the picture you are trying it without inputting a signal. It has nothing to lock onto. Do the tubes light up? If you have a HD-15> RGBHV breakout cable, connect your PC or laptop to it. Which lenses came with the PJ? I can set one of these up in minutes BUT I've had this same projector for many years. If you get a image on the green tube, install the lenses. Screw all three lens bolts in until they stop and then back them out 1-1/2 turns each. Each lens has two adjustments. Set them both to the middle. Put the PJ on a cart or something with casters so you can move it around. Find a wall that you can point it at that has 10 or more feet between the face of the lens and the wall. Set your PC to output 1024X768 for your first try. Input a signal and turn on the projector. Move the projector back or forward until you get a sharp image showing on the wall in the middle. From this point, I set them up with a extenal source but that's a advanced procedure. To get a better idea on how to set this PJ up, press the [HELP] button. The help screens will walk you through a complete setup. Do not read any more or less into what those screens tell you to do. Just do it.

If your still getting the Hi Beam current you may have a bad neck board or bad tube. You can try removing a neckboard and the HV wire and see if the error goes away. You will have to disable the open interlock though.

Thank you, Curt After two weeks of waiting finally received yesterday the CPU board and convergence board, no image found boot CPU repeatedly reset. After some examination revealed CPU board battery near IC PIN loose, re-welding machine is operating normally
July is also a lucky month, quite by chance and get a nearly white 4600. Machine is running normally. Next is the replacement of discolored and stained cup liquid, do not know there is no point of two converging 4600 mosaic picture how but I will try

So did Ampro use a particular type of Glycol that easily went yellow. I have some SD146A tubes from Ampro projectors and most have yellow Glycol yet Barco tubes from the same era do not.

I don't know, I don't think so. I've got a Maruee 9500 here with urine yellow tubes- two of them. The set sat around for 5+ years at least. I think the green dumped the glycol, there was a big puddle on the motherboard and on the guy's garage floor when I picked it up.
Tubes themselves look mint, and thanks to Nash, I have 6 bellows sitting here screaming their name.
