Yeah, it looks good for a starting, but of course needs to be taylored to the convergence amplifier. But first it would be important to understand where is the drifting comes.

Unfortunately I haven't touched a marquee in a year at least, so can't help much with real test results.
I would try to observe the signals with a good multimeter/oscilloscope on HDM, VDM, where is the static convergence correction, as Mike pointed out earlier, then on the convergence board.
BTW, the green and blue horizontal static convergence is driven by the same IC (U7) on the HDM, the red has a separate IC (U11), so this is an other clue.
