New symptom.
The display shows gibberish and dollar signs around "auto-restart" and "CH1 no signal"
The dollar signs I sorts get : this is gonna cost me money.
Any thoughts> Might this be relayed to why the red won't glow.
BTW The red knob on the green neck board gets to about 3'4 to fully right when the green tube glows.
