I will soon have both a plasma and a projector, though I will only use one at a time. Is it possible to use a single Radiance unit on both, and switch between two different setups based on which display is currently in use?

Yes, they have dual out puts but you'll have to do a different Calibration memory for each display. So you might calibrate your Plasma to output config 0 and send that to output 1, then make a different output config 1 and send that to output 2.

Please clarify; I can set each output to a unique calibration config, and then leave it that way? No need to touch the Lumagen (or send any IR commands to it) when I switch displays?

What if I get the mini, which has only one output, and a downstream HDMI splitter like this?

You'll have to switch memories on the Lumagen when you switch displays.

You can use a Mini on an HDMI splitter for two displays. It would be better to use an XS or EX though.
