For a single projector setup, will it not have same effect as when you add CMS.? Loosing some punch in the picture from the processing..?
I never experienced it a win win situation using CMS..
Is the 125 point CMS auto calibrate a win win, or ?

I have no experience using calibration software and sensors.
I built the HCFR sensor, had the software, but never got around to using it.
But as ChromaPure with it's auto calibration, plus 125 points, seems the best way to go.
Appreciate all the feedback and advice,
Cheers

You still need to calibrate your Gain, G2, Gamma on the moome card and blue focus manually before you use the Lumagen auto calibrate.
So its far from plug and play.. You still need to find out how to calibrate
I think the big + with CRT is that its possible to get very good colors without adding CMS, And you need to get it as close as possible before you add any digital correction.
A good place to start is to calibrate your tv set.. Then you will save a few hundred hours on the tubes..

You know what, I think and emergency call to Craig to come and do it, might be the best way.
He has the experience, and I still have too many questions before think I can get it right.
Cheers
