Hi,

If I'm not completely wrong, this Runco is a rebadged Barco PJ and the camera is called IRIS3. The manual is on this site: http://www.curtpalme.com/docs/BarcoIris3_Manual.pdf

Correct. See here:

* Runco often packages their projectors with build-in or external line doublers/scalers. Different model numbers that all stem from the same related model usually indicates different packages. For example, the DTV-947 product includes the same Barco projector as DTV-940. The only difference is that an external Runco scaler is included in the DTV-947 product package, while the DTV-940 only includes the projector itself.

The IRIS camera helps you do a quick (slightly rough) convergence once you have the projector properly set up mechnically. My suggestion is that you don't use it and just do it yourself following the on-screen step by step guide. My last Barco had an IRIS camera too but I never used it.

I'll echo kal's comments and state while Iris is fun to watch you would be much better off doing everything yourself.
