I Checked the schematics. The KEY-PIN signal is generated on the VDM (with an ADC and one opamp) and then goes through connectors via the upper motherboard to the upper backplane and then to the HDM where it is splitted into the witdh low voltage part and to the modulation amplifier so it must be on the HDM or a bad contact in the ribbon cable that goes to the upper backplane.
did you try to use the spare HDM with the daughterboard from the HDM that has the geometry problem?
The problem could be the opamp on the VDM or otherwise you should look on the HDM
does the normal width corrections work?
My thoughts.
Cheers,
Ron.

What if you go into the interpolated setup on green and tweak the settings? Do they respond?

Sorry Guy's, have not had much time to mess with the projector.
Tried the reset spare memory, still the same.
Green interpolated works.
So maybe a hv discharge screwed with the memory??
Will find my Marquee book, as I had all my setting written down, see if anything has changed.
Cheers, appreciated all the suggestions.
