The boards are multi layer and there are circuit traces under there that you cant see. Which is why I said the hole may have burned through those traces.
Also that is not a relay. It is a cap.

On closer inspection of where the transformer is arcing... I notice there are cracks in whatever coating is on the part circled in red.

Just posting an update. I bought a new power board for $65 and stuck it in the set. Powered right up and no arcing in the light box. I'm letting it run now to see how things go long term. So far so good and keeping my fingers crossed!
Also I wanted to say thanks for all of your help and patience mac!

I want to say press release is the best medium for promoting a new business or any news or products launched by a company or firm.It is a great medium of getting the traffic on a website.If i forget some points about press release please share your views.
