Yes they do. They are held in place by a clamp on the end? Its like a guide more than a clamp? But yes they can be removed.

Then get a set of those hook clip test leads and we can continue. Of course the link I posted is from China so is there a local electronics store near you?

I'm going to Sears. I'll post when I have the test leads.

Very good. I've been looking at your second image and it looks like if you disconnect the foil ribbon nearest the heatsink you should be able to use those hook clip leads to the legs of those regulators. Then lay the wires down and reconnect the foil ribbon and test the voltage. 1 at a time naturally.

You can bend those orange disk caps away from the regulators to give you some more room.

I have. C-733> 0.501 > VDC.

Are we getting anywhere?

You should be connecting to the regulator legs, which are the U numbers. Go back to my image to show what legs to connect to.

My mistake I read the board wrong. The C-733 is the little orange thing in front of the U-707 the leads are attached to. The reading is the same power on or off.

U-707> 0.501 > VDC.

U-705> 0.643 power on> 0.653 power off.

U-703> 179.5 power on> 87.1 power off
