I have a DTV-947 and am trying to set it up. Although the manual discusses memories it doesn't say how to access them or to apply them once created to a source! Any tips on that? Also, I have a remote for the VFD-4402 processor, but it refuses to work, even though there are new batteries in it. Is there an address issue or something like that that - again the manual isn't specific enough!

Best way to check if the remote is working, is get a camera, or phone with camera,
point the remote at the camera and press a button on the remote, the camera should show the IR LED flashing white. if not, then the remote is busted.
Sorry, can not help with the 947.
Cheers

The memories are automatically selected depending on the input and resolution. The most important thing when converging/setting up the projector is to use the ;genlocked' source mode. you also need a live video input signal running to the projector at all times. Failure to do so will let the projector jump to a random memory location, and your setup work may be lost if you don't have a picture running to the set while setting it up.
