A customer in the UK linked me to this...
The Barco 500 is a big solid lump of old school engineering, no cheap flimsy plastics or built in obsolescence like today's tech - these things cost $12,000 back in the early '90's (equivalent to about £15,000 today) and are still highly regarded. It's got 7" Sony SD 187 tubes, produces 600 lumens and can project onto a screen 36" x 230" at a resolution of 1024 x 768p.
