This has to be one of the funniest carry on bags Berlin Schoenefeld security ever screened. Bought these from a member in Bruges and didn't want to pay to ship them back to the USA Smile Talk about strange things in a carry on bag.

I was rather shocked that they didn't even use an explosives sniffer on the bag though. I really thought they would do more than just ask me to open the bag... but they didn't.

In any event, they got home safe and sound after visiting Amsterdam and Berlin!

It's because it says Panasonic on the tubes. If it was some no name company in China, they'd be all over it. Smile

Thanks, I had to do something especially for the tube in the middle. Between, trains and an airplane there was plenty of opportunity for disaster. I didn't want the necks to be able to be crushed from either direction, but I also didn't want the PVC to potentially slam hard into the bell... hence the foam.

I forgot, but these tubes also went with me to Antwerp. I stopped in Antwerp on my way to Amsterdam for lunch and to see the city for the first time. Nice place.

See Antwerp for the first time... I've been to Amsterdam probably eight times over the past eight years or so. Now Amsterdam is a good town!

I really love how well rounded Amsterdam is and even all of Holland for that matter. I guess that Amsterdam and the rest of Holland are on polar political ideologies, but as a foreigner I don't really care to become too opinionated on Holland's internal affairs. I really love the country and the incredible amount of freedom both citizens and anyone on Holland soil is entitled to under their constitution. I feel I have more human rights while I am in Holland than when I am in my own country and that is saying a lot.

If your own country is USA then that is saying nothing at all. If its Germany, well that may be different!!

I love how one can always know who the Americans are in international airports because we always take our shoes off in the security line Wink Only folks who live in the USA do this.

Anyway, I am a citizen of the USA, I just lived in Germany for a few years. In Germany I also felt I had more freedom than in the USA by far.
