I just moved into a furnished home in St. John USVI. 
I went to connect to the TV's & projector here for blu-ray and games and found all the contacts are corroded badly. 
Only connection is the cable box, which apparently has never been removed.
Can't find any emery cloth so far, but did try sanding down with a small emery board.... not good enough.
Any suggestions??

Caig contact cleaner should do it... maybe.
