Null all the alignment settings for a start, and that will go away. Chances are youve got a few settings and sub settings that have values other than zero.
Put the cursor on ALIGNMENT in the menu, hold CTL and press NORMAL, then select CANCEL, which will cancel all saved data and zero every setting within the ALIGNMENT menu.
Then you go into CONVERGENCE and go down to put the cursor on POINT, hold CTL and press NORMAL, select CANCEL, and you should be right.
If it was me, id null the whole CONVERGENCE as well, then start first up by setting the PHASE in the convergence menu, then straight onto ALIGNMENT.
