|
|
My projector has been in storage for a year. Worked perfectly when I put it into storage.
I can't get the blue to line up. It looks like linearity needs to be adjusted, but at the max, it still has a way to go. The cross hairs are lined up perfectly. Any suggestions before I contact Curt to get something repaired.

Did you null out all the settings for the blue and check the raster is centered on the tube face??
How far have you shifted the other settings??
What sort of NEC??

It is an NEC xg 135lc. I have nulled all values. How do you center the raster on the tube surface? On the pg I used the centering magnets... Is it the same for the xgs?

No there is a menu for it, but i havent done it before my self. After you center the rasters, youll point the red and blue, then when you set the linearity, youll have to re check the raster centering, and re aim the red and blue, cause adjusting linearity will move the picture toward one side of the tube face.
I dont know why your linearity wont work on the blue though, try cleaning all the plugs for the yokes and anything connection wise on the convergence board.
