Like the title says, its a Magnetbox 52" CRT made in February 1995, pretty old, but I do have a buyer for it once I get it fixed.

It powers on, I can hear the HV noise, and there is sound from the speakers, but no image, would this be a Regulator?

Model is an FP5230 if it helps Smile

I do have the knowledge to test out the components yes, I'll admit I'm not sure exactly where the issue is, but I believe it to be on the Power Supply board.

This TV has the same exact issue an old Sony 27" CRT we had years ago had, every 4 or 5 years the Voltage Regulator would go out on it and cause loss of picture, but sound was still heard. That is one of the reasons I thought it to be a voltage regulator issue..

Mac, I checked the TV out this morning, before I read your post, I noticed a resistor blown out and burnt, and guess what, your spot on, its R934, when I replace it, is there anything else I should check? Does that resistore fail commonly on this TV?
