Hello.
I am parting out a 1209 and still proudly own two 1209s.
What cards from a 1209 can be used in a 1209S?
I am sure this has been discussed before but I can't find it...

Hi,
You will have to compare the Part Numbers of the Boards (R.....). Take a look at this list: http://www.curtpalme.com/docs/Barco_Graphics_cross_reference.xls
Although the column for the 1209s is almost empty, You can compare Your parts against the list...

Hi,
There are more interchangeable boards! It's just that the XLS file is not complete for the BG 1209s.
I've added them from the service manual. The boards/components unique to the 1209s are bold...

The quad and EHT might also work if you use the matched set. Quads are getting scarce....
