A friend pointed out this one to me since it was inexpensive. I didn't need one for the HT, but I decided to get it for the family room and replace the 11 year old Yamaha HTIB receiver. You have to be signed in and add it to the cart for the $299 price, and it is sold and shipped by Amazon.
This is only meant as an FYI as it normally runs ~$500.

Well, I was bummed that this unit didn't have a complete set of preouts, but last week I finally pulled the unit out of the box and installed it in the music room. This lack of preouts is a bummer, because I was previously using external amplification, but I guess for stereo usage only the unit itself might suffice.
As a fun note, I discovered the loose leaf sheet included with the manual, and it appears this unit includes Airplay! Well, the 1st gen iPad is running 5.0x iOS and when I launched Music there was the Airplay icon. I tapped it and there was the VSXZ-1021.
Without any configuration whatsoever and with the wife right beside me, we were able to start playing music. WOW. We are still going to pick up an Apple TV today for the basement, but the fact that this made it so simple was really nice.
