Hello,

Is there anyone who can help me with the exact command strings for three rs-232 commands for Barco Cine 8? They are

Power On
Power Off
Exit

The projector address is 00.

The commands are way too advanced for myself with offset and checksum involved so I am admitting defeat.

Helo Dan,

Command for EXIT is 08H
Command for STDBY (toggle) is 0EH
First character in both commands is the numeric zero, not the letter o

Good luck,
Stan

Stan and Tom,

Thank you for your input. Unfortunately I had that information already and it did not make me very successful. Perhaps I am making it more difficult than it is with the string parameters needed to go with the commands. I will look into it again to see if I get any wiser. I'll do my best.

Regards

Dan
