Hi I have a question about the Barco Data 600
when I adjust the horizontal shift for each color. I can not adjust the raster area to the right (when you look onto the screen surface). the potentiometers is adjusted fully counterclockwise. and still the raster area is approximately 0.7 inch from the right edge.
the raster area can be adjusted too the left without problems but not as much to the right.
i have measured the dc offset from the potentiometers and they seam to adjust correctly acording to the service manual.
from -2,5v to +2,5v
board swap is not an option. I have to repair the bad one. because spare parts are not easy to get here in Denmark.
Any good ideas what can cause this problem?

Good question. I haven't done board level repairs on the 600 in years, and am giving the boards away for the cost of shipping.
I believe that there are two tabs on the deflection yokes that will allow you to shift the image via the magnetics..that should take care of it. If you want any spare boards, let me know.

thanks for the quick reply i will check the jokes later. the fun thing is that it is on all tree tubes, so i assume it might be one of the boards. maybe ns+horizontal deflection board but i can not figure out what exactly is causing it.
I work everyday as Electronics technician, so it annoy me of course that I can not locate the fault immediately.
