Found it. Cheap fix. Close but not exactly in the spot that I thought it was. Problem is in the power supply 2 inches away.
There is a bout 6 2200uf caps tucked under a right angle heat sinc. One of them blew it's cookies out from the bottom. A second one is bulging badly. Time to go out in the garage and check stock.

Done deal. Working like a charm. Also the video noise I noticed before is completely gone Thumbs Up
Finally, I fixed something this week Laughing

Should I post a picture of a axial mount cap that puked out from the bottom?

OK Mac you got me to go back and read 10 pages of Capacitor Pre-school but you never finished it off with the discussion of ESR, at least not in any detail.
