The % target is really a bad idea. The % depends on accurate chromaticity, otherwise you have to recalculate your % target.
Recommend you stick to using colorbars properly which is reliable and accurate.
I don't recommend setting user color 'saturation' using this % method unless you know what you are doing and you have an accurate meter to verify accurate display chromaticity which your meter is not.
